About this opportunity

The purpose of this grant program is to improve the health and well-being of individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) by streamlining access to critical resources, services, and supports for people who have sustained a TBI as well as leveraging resources for sustainability. Supported activities may include information and referral services for people with TBI and their caregivers, resource facilitation, outreach and awareness to communities about TBI, and brain injury screenings and trainings to community stakeholders and paraprofessionals. Funds may also support activities that promote comprehensive services and trainings for population with a higher prevalence of people impacted by brain injury, such as veterans, youth, individuals in the criminal legal system, and aging populatio...
