Customer Services, Accounts, and Integration (CSAI) This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify potential business sources with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully provide best practices to integrate online account experience to enhance customer service and interaction with the public seeking benefits adjudicated by USCIS. This RFI is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids, Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation or obligation on the part of USCIS to issue an RFQ or award a contract.
