Period of Performance: Base Period: 19 Feb 2026 - 18 Feb 2027 Option Year 1: 19 Feb 2027- 18 Feb 2028 Option Year 2: 19 Feb 2028 - 18 Feb 2029 Option Year 3: 19 Feb 2029 - 18 Feb 2030 OptionYear4: 19 Feb 2030 -18 Feb 2031 6 Month Extension: 19 Feb 2031 - 18 Aug 2031 Non-personal services: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the Local National Occupational Health Care Services and occupational safety and health advisory/consultation in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
