Export-Control Requirements Some or all technical data is subject to ITAR or EAR export-control regulations. Export includes disclosure of technical data to foreign persons or nationals, whether in the U.S. or abroad. This requirement applies equally to foreign national employees, U.S. companies, and their foreign subsidiaries. DFARS 252.225-7048 applies. DLA limits distribution of export-controlled technical data to contractors who: � Have approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. � Completed the required training and questionnaire (available at the link below). � Received approval from the DLA controlling authority.
