The Defense Logistics Agency (Energy), as the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Materiel Manager (IMM) for fuel products and related services, intends to issue a solicitation for Direct Delivery Fuels (DDF) under a full and open competitive requirement. The solicitation will be open to all vendors capable of meeting this requirement. Fuel types are indicated under �Requirement Description� below. The various locations for this requirement are in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
