This request for information (RFI) is for the manufacturing of TOOL KIT, PIPE CUTTI, NSN: 5180-01-671-2195; PN: 12053AK08; NAICS Code: 333517. The U.S. Army, Detroit Arsenal is seeking prospective contractors to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses.
