Guidelines for Referring a Client to the Work Proudly Program The Work Proudly Program is designed to help individuals with cystic fibrosis (CF) and their caregivers build sustainable careers that fit their unique needs. While the program offers coaching, technology, resources and training assistance, it does not guarantee employment.
