Due to limited availability, not all applicants will be accepted. Each application is carefully reviewed to ensure the program is the right fit for both the participant and our resources.

Guidelines for Referring a Client to the Work Proudly Program The Work Proudly Program is designed to help individuals with cystic fibrosis (CF) and their caregivers build sustainable careers that fit their unique needs. While the program offers coaching, technology, resources and training assistance, it does not guarantee employment. Successful participants gain career readiness skills, job search confidence, and information about flexible career opportunities.
