Leadership Development Award for New in Practice Fellows – Engaged Leadership Academy (ELA)The CAP’s Engaged Leadership Academy (ELA) is a communication and leadership course exclusively for CAP members to develop skills not learned in clinical training. In this practical, interactive weekend workshop, members improve communication and public speaking skills, increase their confidence to lead their institutions, and practice the nuances to effectively engage clinical colleagues, administrators, government agencies, and advocacy groups.
