01/09/2026: The Phase 1 solicitation package, which includes the phase 1 solicitation with specifications, solicitation drawings, reference drawings, bid schedule, and brand name justification, is attached. Amendment 1 is anticipated to be issued on or before 02/25/2026 to address the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) (https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul) and any other revisions deemed necessary at that time. Upon issuance of Amendment 1, the Government intends to extend the Phase 1 solicitation closing date by approximately one month. The official revised closing date and time will be posted on SAM.gov.
