When: March 18, 2026, 9AM-Noon Where: Doubletree by Hilton Phoenix Midtown (4000 North Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012) Why: The BOOH is LA District�s (SPL) signature vendor outreach event designed to give companies access to program leaders. There is no charge to attend the BOOH. The primary focus is to connect with our staff and build business relationships. SPL offices represented: Executive Office, Military Construction, IIS, Civil Works, Engineering, Operations, Contracting and Small Business. Other participating s include: American Indian Chamber APEX Accelerator, Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), USACE, Albuquerque, Sacramento, and San Francisco Districts, the SBA and others.
