RLP Section 4.06 Evaluation Factor Minimum Standards - Factor 6 "Occupancy Date Readiness" is changed to 8/15/2027 6. RLP Section 4.07 Evaluation Factor Submittal Requirements Factor 6 Occupancy Date Readiness is changed to 8/15/2027 7. In RLP Section 1.05 D & Section 4.07 Factor 1, Sub Factor 4 the distance to a bus stop is changed to 2,640 Feet. 8. RLP Section 2.03 Seismic Safety and RLP Section 3.06-U Evidence of seismic safety compliance are deleted. 9. Exhibit B - Agency Special Requirements is deleted and replaced by attached Exhibit B - Agency Special Requirements ASR Revised January 8, 2026. 10. The Due Date for responses is extended to no later than 3:00 PM ET on February 23, 2026.
