The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for CES Vehicle Exhaust Ventilation Building 19 (B-19) in Springfield, IL (Sangamon County). Since being renovated in 2024, B-19 lacks a proper vehicle exhaust ventilation system and requires a new exhaust system to be provided to meet regulation requirements.
