Work consists of the demolition of the existing roofing system including asphalt shingles, underlayment, ice and water shield, gutters, soffit and fascia, and all other flashings trim and fasteners associated with the existing system. Existing dormers will also be demolished with roof decking repair. Installation of the new roofing system includes new shingle system as specified, new soffit and fascia, and new gutters and downspouts. The project NAICS code 238160 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00. The estimated project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Project Site Visit: As specified in FAR Clause 52.236-27 (Alt I), a site visit will be held on 07 January 2026 at 1:00 pm MST in the 341st Contracting Squadron Auditorium (located at 7015 Goddard Drive, Bldg. 145, Malmstrom AFB, MT, 59402). All interested parties must be able to access a federal installation in order to attend the site visit. If you do not currently have the ability to access to a federal installation, please fill out, sign, and submit a Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) (Attachment 8) to the contracting personnel identified in Box 7 no later than 30 December 2025.
