If not, which NAICS is best? (2) Has your company provided such services identified below? If so, please provide the contract number, total contract value and a capability statement. Overview of services required: Provide annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and corrective repairs using PerkinElmer factory trained technicians to the following equipment: NexIon ICP-MS, serial number: 815N9011902X PolyScience WhisperCool Chiller, serial number: 1901-00293 Oil Express 4 System Autosampler and FT-IR, serial number: JA2125N4532 TurboMatrix 40 Headspace Sampler, serial number: M41L0209133 Clarus 680 GC, serial number: 680S15061501 Clarus 580 GC, serial number: 580S15043002 Clarus 500 GC, serial number: 650N6121207 Provide OEM parts and latest software updates. Provide a report at the end of all maintenance actions. Respond to emergency call outs when required. Period of Performance (PoP) Base Year: 18 March 2026 through 17 March 2027 Option Year 1: 18 March 2027 through 17 March 2028 Option Year 2: 18 March 2028 through 17 March 2029 THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) is solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. Further, MICC is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. The Government is interested in any input from the industry as well as questions regarding the requirement. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. INFORMATION: Proposed item to be supplied is anticipated to be classified under the following North American Industry Classification (NAICS) 811210 � Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. which was considered and selected as it best describes the principal purpose of the service being acquired.
