The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, Mansfield Hollow Lake, Mansfield Center, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and permits to perform the chemical vegetation control services at the Mansfield Hollow Lake Project. The Mansfield Hollow Lake Project includes 4 work areas for a total of approximately 55 acres. The areas require maintenance spraying/spot treatments and/or cut stump treatment of vegetation on rock slopes and dam structures, and shoreline. Contractor shall remove, chip and deposit onsite in designated area all cut woody vegetation debris. Chemical Utilization Spray Reports shall be submitted upon completion of chemical herbicide application. The Contractor�s work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, personnel, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services required in the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
