DLA Troop Support is seeking industry feedback from interested parties concerning the manufacturing of the following: NSN: 5220-26-300-2204 GAGE, PLUG, PLAIN CYLINDRICAL (PN: F1301-107910) RA001: THIS DOCUMENT INCORPORATES TECHNICAL AND/OR QUALITY REQUIREMENTS (IDENTIFIED BY AN 'R' OR AN 'I' NUMBER) SET FORTH IN FULL TEXT IN THE DLA MASTER LIST OF TECHNICAL AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FOUND ON THE WEB AT: http://www.dla.mil/HQ/Acquisition/Offers/eProcurement.aspx FOR SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITIONS, THE REVISION OF THE MASTER IN EFFECT ON THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE OR THE AWARD DATE CONTROLS. FOR LARGE ACQUISITIONS, THE REVISION OF THE MASTER IN EFFECT ON THE RFP ISSUE DATE APPLIES UNLESS A SOLICITATION AMENDMENT INCORPORATES A FOLLOW-ON REVISION, IN WHICH CASE THE AMENDMENT DATE CONTROLS. RP001: DLA PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT RQ011: REMOVAL OF GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION FROM NON-ACCEPTED SUPPLIES RC001: DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SOURCE APPROVAL REQUEST (SAR) RD003, COVERED DEFENSE INFORMATION POTENTIALLY APPLIES CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM SAAB DYNAMICS AKTIEBOLAG A175N P/N F1301-107910 PKGING DATA-QUP:001 WILL BE PACKAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM D3951. All DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements take precedence over ASTM D3951. Mark and label all packaging and packing in accordance with MIL-STD-129. The Unit of Issue (U/I) and Quantity per Unit Pack (QUP) will be as specified in the contract/purchase order. PALLETIZATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH RP001: DLA PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROCUREMENT Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate by email at Brandon.T.Wicker@dla.mil. The contractor will be required to manufacture these items and satisfy the Government�s delivery requirements. Responses to this survey must include documentation citing the following: -Contractor�s experience demonstrating the capability to meet the Government�s requirements in producing products that meet all performance requirements, and that are physically and functionally interchangeable with presently identified item. -Quality Standard (Government or Industry) that shall be in place for this effort. -Past Performance for the same or similar items. The contractor shall submit their part numbers, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. -The contractor must provide information to show it possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable it, or its subcontractors, to meet production delivery requirements for these items.
