The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon theavailability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes canbe made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment mayarise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed inwriting by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� This Statement of Work (SOW) is to design and/or renovate the various roofs at buildings B1601, B1822, B1693 & B160.
