Solicitation is under 3.22 COG 2 Northeastern United States. Please see the attached documents in SAM for all information in regards to the solicitation, to include the proposal checklist that contains all necessary documents needed to have a complete packet. Any proposal that is found not complete will be marked as unacceptable and will not be included in the evaluation process. Upon being determined acceptable in the evaluation process, awards will be made to the lowest total price per aggregate group.
