Requirements The Contractor shall replace the existing piping, valves, lift station pumps, controls & control wiring/conduit, and associated components in the B433 lift station and adjacent equipment manhole. The piping shall replaced through the manhole walls out to the 6� gravity main connection. Applicable Labor Laws This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. Site Visit A site visit will occur on 6 January 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. All interested attendees must complete the Offutt Air Force Base Entry Authority List and submit it to the contracting office by 5 January 2026 at 11:00 AM CST. Questions/Answers Questions for solicitation are due by 8 January 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. Answers to all questions will be posted on sam.gov by 12 January 2026 2:00 PM CST. Offer Due Date and Time Thursday, 15 January 2026 at 11:00 AM CST.
