About this archived opportunity

As outlined in the solicitation instructions (RFP pg 45), the Department is re-opening the solicitation in order to receive more proposals because it is in the best interest of the Department. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Office of Headquarters Procurement Services in support of the Office of the General Counsel (OGC), is issuing Solicitation Number 89303025RGC000002 to procure professional legal and advisory services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. The solicitation is conducted under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06/08-27-2025. Key Deadline: Proposal Submission: January 15, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST
