About this archived opportunity

This acquisition is for a World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) National Program Administrator (NPA) Contractor to provide care coordination services for Responders and Survivors living outside the New York Metropolitan Area (NYMA) and assigned to the NPA for treatment. Under the James Zadroga Health and Compensation Act, "...the WTC Program Administrator shall establish a nationwide network of health care providers to provide monitoring and treatment benefits and initial health evaluations near such individuals� areas of residence in such States." Under the current Program service model, delivery of medical benefits via the nationwide network is managed under two contracts, the HPS and NPN. The Program is transitioning to a new service model, to be achieved by award of two new contracts: Third Party Administrator (TPA) and National Program Administrator (NPA). Under the new service model, primary services to be provided by the NPA Contractor to members assigned to the NPA for treatment under the WTCHP include but are not limited to comprehensive member support center with call center; member appointment scheduling; member medical benefit management and counseling; case management; and utilization management. The Government intends to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted on or before 10:00 am EST, Monday, January 5, 2026.
