Solicitation Amendment 0001 The Purpose of the solicitation amendment 0001 is to: 1. Update Attachment 2 Past Performance Information (PPI), 2. Add Attachment 4 Questions and Answers, and 3. Extend the solicitation due date from 30 April 2024 to 8 May 2024. ----------BREAK---------- Project Title: Construction Basic Ordering Agreement Project Location: Lajes Field Base and any off-Base support sites at Terceira Island, Azores, Portugal. The Construction Basic Ordering Agreements (CBOAs) will be utilized to execute a broad range of maintenance and repair construction projects, and may involve design-build services. These projects may include tasks in a variety of trades such as demolition, site work, excavation, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, electrical, mechanical (including HVAC), concrete and asphalt paving, painting, millwork, flooring, and other specialty and general construction work, and may require no design, partial design, or full design, depending on the particularities of each project. The Construction Basic Ordering Agreement will be performed in Portugal, therefore, the Government will be requiring a Construction Certificate, issued by the "Instituto dos Mercados P�blicos do Imobili�rio e da Constru��o (IMPIC)" Institute of Public Real Estate and Construction Markets of Portugal.
