And to change the following: FROM: "This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO6 intends to publicize an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Building 114 Roof Repairs on or around January 19, 2026, with a response due date for bids on or around February 18, 2026."
