The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is procuring a single, stand-alone contract for the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund Site Operable Unit 1 - Seawall Sector Remedial Action. The contract will be procured on a competitive basis, utilizing full and open competition (Unrestricted). Remediation will consist of the dredging/excavation and removal of source materials (i.e., pieces of slag comingled with crushed battery casing materials and associated wastes that act as sources of contamination), and contaminated soil/sediment from the areas located in the Seawall Sector.
