The NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION (NAWCAD) AIR SYSTEMS GROUP, Propulsion and Power Engineering Department is looking to solicit for white papers in response to the Government�s Statement of Objectives. For successful offerors, a Request for Proposal will be submitted, and a contract will subsequently be awarded off Broad Agency Announcement 2026 for Propulsion & Power of Naval Air Vehicles.
