NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY This project will be solicited to the Western Region Pavement Preservation MATOC. Contractor Information on the IDIQ contractor may be found on our web site at: https://highways.dot.gov/federal-lands/business/construction-contracting-idiq/west-region-pavement-pres PROJECT: IN NP INDU PMS(1), Pavement Preservation Indiana Dunes LOCATION: 4 miles North of Chesterton, Indiana. Lake, Porter, and Laporte Counties. WORK: This work consists of crack sealing, patching, application of micro surface treatments, and pavement marking. See �Project Description� posted under Attachments for additional details. LENGTH: 5.96 miles TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Summer 2026 CONTRACT TYPE: Negotiated Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
