HVAC System and Ice Machine Maintenance at Eagle Point National Cemetery. -- J041 The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for HVAC and Ice Machine Maintenance in accordance with the Statement of Work at Eagle Point National Cemetery. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform complete Preventive Maintenance Services on Government owned Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) System, Ice Machine, and Air Supply located at Eagle Point National Cemetery, 2763 Riley Rd, Eagle Point, OR 97524. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the SAM.gov website on or about 5 August 2025 with quotes due on or about 19 August 2025. The cemetery does plan to have a site visit on August 12, 2025 at 9:00am (PST) more details will be provided in the solicitation. Specific terms and conditions will be on the solicitation.
