QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE SATISFIED TO BECOME A QUALIFIED SOURCE a. Prequalification Notice/Sources Sought: The offeror shall notify the appropriate government Small Business Office or, if responding to a solicitation, the contracting officer in the appropriate government contracting office, of intent to qualify as a source for this Circuit Card Assembly. Offerors shall submit the Source Approval Request (SAR) package IAW AFMCI 23.113 and FAR 9.2 Qualification Requirements. b.
