This requirement will be pursued as a sole source to the Center for Public Service Excellence (CPSE). A sources sought notice was posted to NECO/FedBizOps on 4 June 2019 (N6247019RFI01) to determine the availability of businesses capable of performing the requirement. Market research revealed only one company fully technically capable of meeting the stated requirements.
