The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a brand name Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract and will utilize procedures with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Commander, Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS) requires an Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) for use at the AEGIS Training and Readiness Center (ATRC).
