Acquisition Description: This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with ArgonSoft. The National Institute of Health (NIH) requires software maintenance and support for the NIH Laboratory Information Management system (LIMS) called ASIS.TO which is designed by Argonsoft. The LIMS was previously installed by ArgonSoft in the NIH CC/ET department under agreement # 75N90023P00826. The required software and support includes: 1 year gold system support, installation of mandatory updates and minor upgrade package, and IQ/OQ of running installation and operation qualification tests.
