The Department of the Navy (DoN), on behalf of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest, is issuing a Solicitation for Offers (SFO) to award one or more 5-year lease(s), with five (5) one-year renewal options. Space offered must provide for a minimum of 10,000 to a maximum of 140,000 square feet warehouse space. Ancillary space is required within or adjacent to the warehouse to support occupancy for 10-25 Government personnel. Such space may be located within the warehouse or in separate interior or exterior structures and must be climate controlled.
