The purpose of this amendment is to : 1. Revise the PWS, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORCOMMERCIAL ITEMS, and Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL ITEMS to provide amended evaluation factors. 2. Extend the proposal submission deadline from December29, 2025, at 13:00 to March 2, 2026, at 13:00 . Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning one copy of this document with their proposal submission.
