Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Ports in Malaysia in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with �Best Commercial Practices�. S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transiting through the designated seaport. Operational tasks shall include but is not limited to all stevedoring and longshoring required for vessel, truck loading and discharging, port reception and disposition, cargo management staging, intra port transfers, cargo prep, Tallying & Checking (T&C), and warehousing Govern...
