General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to perform repairs and rehabilitation of potable water storage tanks as identified in the API 653 Inspection Reports.
