This pre-solicitation is to provide notice of a upcoming requirement to repair aircraft hangar doors for three separate hangars in accordance with the project Statement of Objectives (SOO). This requirement is for a construction contract to restore and modernize hangar door systems at Buildings 1200, 1511, and 1614. The Government?s objective is to ensure these hangar doors are safe, reliable, and fully functional in support of flightline and installation operations. The Contractor shall be responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and managing all activities necessary to achieve the objectives of the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).
