About this opportunity
The U.S. Embassy/Consulate in Madrid, Spain requires services to maintain building elevators in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at the monthly rate below. These rates include all costs associated with providing elevator maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer�s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit and VAT. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
