Contractors are to meet at Summit Ranger District Office, 1 Pinecrest Lake Road, Pinecrest, CA 95364. Sites are not publicly accessible, and this site visit will be the only opportunity to view project locations. - Requests For Information (RFI�s) are required to be submitted on attachment �8. RFI Form� and are due to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) via email no later than February 18th, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time. - All quotes shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) no later than March 3rd, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
