Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery Grounds Maintenance -- S208 This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your offeror will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about February 10, 2026, posted to SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued. The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for grounds maintenance at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform the service requirements under this contract for Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
