Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through the �Ports of Virginia� e.g. Port of Newport News, Port of Hampton Roads, Port of Norfolk, located on the east coast of the great state of Virginia. S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US Military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through designated seaports.
