The purpose of this synopsis is to notify potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SVOSBs), in accordance with the requirements of Public Law 109-461 of this requirement. The Alexandria VA Health Care System has a requirement to Replace Roof on Emergency Generator Bldg. 39 located at Pineville, LA, Project# 502-23-392.
