The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is the Department of Defense�s (DoD�s) demonstration and validation program for installation energy technologies. The ESTCP Office is interested in receiving pre-proposals for innovative technology demonstrations that address DoD installation energy requirements as candidates for funding. This notice constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as contemplated in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(d)(2).
