The U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria - Hohenfels has a requirement for non-personal services for the recurring maintenance, repair, and replacement of the activated charcoal filter system at the drinking water plant located in Hohenfels, Germany. The scope of services includes all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform the complete removal and disposal of approximately 81.0m� of existing activated charcoal media and the subsequent supply and installation of new activated charcoal filters. The contractor will also be responsible for conducting microbiological water sampling in accordance with the German Drinking Water Regulation (TrinkWV) to verify the system's effectiveness in removing specified contaminants. The work may also include the repair or complete replacement of the filter tanks' internal coating. Prospective offerors must be able to demonstrate significant qualifications. Key requirements include: Company certification to NSF/ANSI 61. On-site personnel holding German or EU-recognized trade certifications (e.g., Meisterbrief or Gesellenbrief) in a relevant field. A Project Manager proficient in both English and German. Verifiable past performance on at least two projects of similar size and scope within the last five years.
