The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The intent of this contract is to provide for facility repair consisting of, but not limited to: selective demolition of heating systems, electrical systems, and fuel oil delivery systems; electric boiler installations; underground heat distribution piping replacement; HVAC controls upgrade, and electrical service equipment replacement at the Admiralty National Monument � Juneau Ranger District (ANM-JRD) USDA Forest Service Compound in Juneau, Alaska. Period of performance: Award date to 31 December 2026. Project Location: Juneau Ranger District Administrative Site 8510 Mendenhall Loop Rd Juneau, AK
