4 Feb 2026: The S&RTS Ports in Malaysia RFQ has been amended to update Attachment 4, RFQ Information and General Compliance Worksheet and extend the RFQ suspense date to 6 Mar 2026 at 12:00 PM CT. Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at Ports in Malaysia in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with �Best Commercial Practices�. S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transiting through the designated seaport.
