About this opportunity
The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Offutt Air Force Base (OAFB) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. A Site visit will take place on Monday, 23 February 2026 at 09:00 AM CST. Questions for solicitation are due by Friday, 27 February 2026 by 12:00 PM CST.
