The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP). We are seeking Proposal for the following: *** Scope Leasing and Service Contract VISN 15 *** The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFP is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a Size Standards of $40 million, and Product Service Code (PSC) of W065 Lease or Rental of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. This is a Firm-Fixed Price, FOB Destination requirement, and intended as full and open competition. All RFP details, to include full specifications, will be included in Section B of the RFP, which will be released on or about February 20, 2026. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFP should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quote will be March 20, 2026, at 11:00 am Central Time (CT).
