This amendment modifies the lease term specified in Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) number 3OK0188. The RLP stated a lease term of fifteen (15) years, with a firm term of ten (10) years. This is now amended to reflect a lease term of five (5) years, with a firm term of three (3) years. All proposals submitted in response to RLP 3OK0188 shall be evaluated based on this revised lease term.
