About this opportunity
1. The sources sought is for informational purposes only in conducting market research. USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&TRS) at the Ports of Guam. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of performance of 01 August 2026 through 31 July 2031 with an optional six-month extension. Refer to the attached RFI - TRANSCOM26R006 for additional information. 2.
