Page 2 of 2 THIS IS AMENDMENT A0001 TO IFB 36C24226B0002 RENOVATE 6B FOR OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH This amendment provides the following: Mandatory Site Visit Sign In sheet conducted on 1.21.2026 (attached) Revised SOW to include additional asbestos abatement of entire construction area, estimated at 17,000 SF (attached) Revised Bid Sheet to include a line item 2 allowance for $100,000.00, to be included in the total amount of the bid as instructed on the revised bid sheet. Contractors must include this $100,000.00 as line item 2 with their submitted bid and utilize the revised bid sheet (attached). Provide revised drawings for the following only: A106.1, A106.2, A106.3, A601, AF106, AF601, AF602, P106.1, P106.2, P601, MV406, M601, E601, E602, E701, E703, EL106, and ES106. Other than the drawings noted here, ALL other solicitation drawings are unchanged. Provide revised and current Hill-Rom specs for this project. (attached) A bid extension has been granted for this solicitation: The Bid Opening date is now 2.26/2026 at 2PM EST. No emailed bids will be accepted for this solicitation. Please follow the instructions on the solicitation SF 1442 accordingly. Also, this amendment confirms that bids will only be accepted from firms who attended the mandatory site visit held on 1/21/2026 at 10AM. See attached site visit sign in sheet.
